the personacross the chair
Sal Aesthetic Clinic is one nurse and three sets of rooms. There is no roster of injectors and no chance you will meet somebody different to the person you booked with.

Registered Nurse (Division 1), general registration
Sali did not start in cosmetics. She started in hospitals, across both the public and private systems, working in chronic disease management. That is the unglamorous end of nursing, and it is where you learn to take a medical history properly, recognise when something in it should stop you, and have difficult conversations without dressing them up.
She moved into aesthetics because the work is detailed and the results are visible. What she brought across was the clinical habit of assessing a whole person before touching anything, which is why a first appointment here runs closer to forty five minutes than fifteen.
The approach is deliberately conservative. Sali would rather do less and have you come back than do more and have you regret it. Faces are not a canvas and there is no undo button on most of this work, whatever the internet says.
Quite a few people leave a first consultation without booking a treatment. Some leave with a skincare conversation and a review in six months. Some are told directly that what they are asking for will not suit them. That is not a lost sale, it is the job.
what you can expect
- A full medical history taken seriously, including everything you are currently taking.
- An assessment of how your face moves, not just how it sits still.
- A clear explanation of the risks, the recovery and how long anything lasts.
- No pressure to decide on the day, and no discounting to get you over the line.
- If the recommendation is to leave it alone, she will say that instead.
Sal Aesthetic Clinic does not publish patient testimonials or before and after photographs. Under the National Law, testimonials about clinical care cannot be used in advertising a regulated health service, and images of other people's results set expectations that may have nothing to do with your face. If you want to know what is realistic for you, that conversation happens in the room. Read the risks page.
book the conversation,
not the treatment
A consultation commits you to nothing. You can walk out having decided to do nothing at all, and plenty of people do.
