Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation that you have any procedure.

Whether anything is suitable for you can only be determined at a consultation with a registered health practitioner, after your medical history has been taken and the risks have been explained to you.

what this website deliberately does not contain

Australian law prohibits advertising prescription-only medicines to the public. Most cosmetic injectables contain a substance listed in Schedule 4 of the Poisons Standard, so this website does not name, describe, price or picture any such medicine or substance, directly or indirectly.

The National Law prohibits the use of testimonials in advertising a regulated health service, so this website carries none. It also carries no before and after imagery, because results are individual and images of another person's outcome are not a forecast of yours.

appointments and cancellations

Appointments are booked through our online booking system or by phone. A deposit may be required to hold a booking, and you will be told at the time if that applies.

If you need to change or cancel, please give as much notice as you can. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings.

Being late may mean your appointment has to be shortened or rescheduled, because consultations here are not run to a fifteen minute clock and the time cannot always be made up.

consent

No procedure is performed without your informed consent, given after a discussion of the risks, the likely recovery, the expected duration of any result and the alternatives, including doing nothing.

You may withdraw consent at any point before a procedure begins, and you will not be charged for a treatment that has not been performed.

results

No outcome is guaranteed. Results vary between individuals for reasons including anatomy, age, skin quality, medical history, medications and how you heal.

Where a review or an adjustment is appropriate, that is discussed at your follow up appointment. Further treatment may carry a further cost.

under 18

This clinic does not provide cosmetic procedures to anyone under 18 years of age, and this website is not directed at anyone under 18.

liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, this website is provided as is, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published here rather than on advice given to you in a consultation.
