neck and shoulder tension
A consultation about persistent tension through the neck and shoulders, and what options exist.
This one sits on the line between a cosmetic concern and a functional one. Some people come in about the shoulder line. Some come in because their traps have been tight for a decade.
Sali will take a history, assess the muscle, and talk through the options, including physiotherapy and the ones that are not a procedure at all.
Where a clinical treatment is appropriate for you, that conversation happens privately during your consultation.
what the appointment covers
- Assessment of muscle bulk and tension through the neck and shoulders
- History covering posture, work setup, training and pain
- A discussion of non procedural options, including physiotherapy
- What can go wrong, and how long anything would last
before you book
This is a higher risk cosmetic procedure area. Complications are possible, some of them serious, and recovery is real. The result one person gets is not the result you will get. Read the risks and recovery page in full, then bring your questions to the consultation.
Risks and recoverystart with a conversation
Tell Sali what is bothering you and which rooms suit you. She will come back to you personally, usually within a business day, and she will tell you plainly if the answer is to leave it alone.
Nothing is decided over email. The consultation is where risks, recovery and suitability get worked through, and it commits you to nothing.
